PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING

 

  • Strategic design and implementation of complex Criminal Justice and Rule of Law institutional development programs
  • Development of program implementation plans and activities in support of goals and objectives
  • Integration of program planning for interrelated Justice Sector institutions including police, prosecutors and courts.

- 16 years as a DEA Diversion Investigator

- Group Supervisor of the DEA Diversion Group in Boston Regional Office, consisting of Special Agents, Diversion Investigators and Massachusetts State Police Officers.

- DEA Headquarters - Administrator’s 5-year policy planning group

- Assistant Chief, INTERPOL-USNCB, responsible for unit that responded to investigative requests from 168 INTERPOL member countries.

- Associate Director-Operations, ICITAP, responsible for development and oversight of ICITAP’s foreign training and institutional development programs.
